Availability: Reservations are confirmed by car category, not by a specific model. If the reserved model is unavailable, we will provide a similar or upgraded vehicle at no extra charge.
Minimum Rental: The minimum period is 24 hours. Last-minute rentals should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.

Age Requirements: Minimum 21 years for most categories; 23 years for Large/SUV/Premium. Max age is 70. (Drivers 19-20 or 71-75: €10/day extra fee).
Driving License: Valid license held for at least 1 year. We accept EU, UK, USA, Canada, AU, CH, IL, RU, UA licenses. All others require an IDP.
Additional Drivers: 1st driver is Free. 2nd driver: €3/day. Max 3 drivers per contract.
Fuel Policy: "Like-for-Like". Return the car with the same fuel level as received. Refueling fee: €12 + missing fuel cost.
Mileage: 1-2 days: 150km/day limit. 3-28 days: Unlimited mileage.
Traffic Fines: The renter is fully responsible for all traffic tickets, parking fines, and tolls incurred.
Methods: Pay upon arrival. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. No Amex/Revolut.
Security Deposit: Required via card pre-authorization or cash; fully refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
Grace Period: 1-hour grace period for late returns. After that, extra charges apply.
After-Hours: 21:00-00:00: €25 | 00:00-07:00: €40 | 07:00-09:00: €25.
Location: One-way rentals (different drop-off) incur a fee of €40 - €150.
Traffic Violations: The renter is fully responsible for all fines, parking tickets, and tolls incurred during the rental period.
Cleaning Fee: A €90 charge applies if the vehicle is returned with an excessively dirty interior (stains, sand, pet hair, or smoke odor).
Smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the car is strictly prohibited to avoid cleaning charges.
Accident Admin Fee: An administration fee of €40 applies in case of an accident or damage to cover processing and insurance reports.
Basic Insurance: Includes Third-Party Liability (up to €1.3M) and CDW with an excess amount based on car category (€700 - €2000).
Plus Package: Optional daily fee for CDW Plus, Personal Accident Insurance (€45k), and 24/7 Roadside Assistance.
Exclusions: Insurance does not cover wheels, tires, underside, glass, mirrors, interior damage, or off-road driving.
Accidents: You must call the Police and obtain an official report. Without a police report, all insurance coverage is void.
Geographical Limits: Transporting the car by ferry or driving outside Greece is strictly prohibited.
