A security deposit is required upon pick-up to cover potential damages or fees. This can be provided via credit/debit card pre-authorization or in cash. The amount is fully released or refunded after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
To complete your rental, you must present a valid driving license, a passport or national ID card, and a payment card in the driver's name. International drivers may also need an International Driving Permit (IDP) depending on their license origin.
We provide flexible pick-up and drop-off services at airports, ports, and hotels. Please note that deliveries outside standard office hours (21:00 - 09:00) incur an additional service fee ranging from €25 to €40.
Our team is here to help with your booking and any special requests. Reservations are confirmed based on car category. You can modify or cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
